order to suit the purpose of each industry.
Choosing
the inappropriate of casting will result in a lost in terms of safety,

Carbon
Steel is used for gear wheels, cam shafts, pins,
levers, spindles and etc.
- Medium
Carbon Steel is used extensively in railway, rolling
mills, mines and etc.
- Grey
and ductile iron are used for cylinder blocks, fly
wheels, drum brake, gears, sludge pumps and etc.
- Corrosion
Resisting Steel is used for corrosive resistant.
The straight chromium ferritic, martensitic is used for
propellers, turbine components and etc.
- Heat
Resisting Steel is used at temperature up to 1,100°C,
such application as furnace rails, burner nozzles, boiler baffles,
gas outlet dampers
- Ni-Hard
and High Chromium cast iron are used in ceramile industry,
griding ball, mill liners, and etc.
- High
Tensile Strength and Low Alloy Steel have higher strength
than Carbon Steel. These materials have excellent toughness and
wear resistance. Commonly use for agricultural machinery, hydraulic
cylinders, dredge buckets and etc.
- Tool
Steel is used for cold forming rolls for pipes, slitting
knives for paper, cold extrusion dies, broaches and etc.
-
Wear
Resisting Steel & Iron and High Mangenese Steel
are particularly useful for severe service that combines
abrasion and heavy impact and etc.
